Community Colleges of Spokane seeks to amend chapter 132Q-136 WAC for its use of district facilities. The amendments will establish clear procedure[s] for facility reservations, scheduling, and use approval procedures. The PREPROPOSAL STATEMENT OF INQUIRY is available here.
